Jess Ray


Hi, I’m Coach Jess Ray.

My journey to wellness has been a decades long journey.

When I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism over 20 years ago, I became very passionate about women’s health. That diagnosis ignited a fire in my heart to pursue my health goals, and bring the same results to other women.

I am a mother of five children and have managed being a wife, mom, and professional, all while keeping my health a priority. It's not always easy, but I know many of the issues (and the excuses) you will encounter and I am here to help you through all of it!

As a personal trainer and nutrition coach I am passionate about helping woman over 35 stop the crash diets and lose weight sustainably and keep it off.

I teach my clients that you do not have to be super restrictive on food choices or spend hours a day at the gym to see results.

Every woman deserves to know how good their bodies are designed to feel (and look).

I’m grateful for the role I am able to play in many women’s journeys to wellness and loving themselves again.
